Granting access to ServiceTitan

This is if you use Service Titan for anything on your website like scheduler, chatbot, etc 

Add Lokal Analytics User

  1. In your ServiceTitan account, click the Gear icon –> People –> Employees –> Add Users –> Plus (+) button
  2. Enter the email address provided by Lokal’s Account Manager for the email, username, and invite.
  3. Select the “Administrator” access level.
  4. Check notify new users by email.
  5. Click Send invitation.
  6. After the person accepts your email invitation, you’ll receive a notification in your account.

If you’re not comfortable granting Lokal access to your Service Titan account, we will need the following information.

App / API Access

Please ensure you’re using Production before getting started gathering the following information:

  • Tenant ID (required)
  • Client ID (required)
  • Client Secret (required)
  • Environment (required)
