JG, 25 year veteran to the HVAC industry now Director of Sales at ThermoGrid. At the age of 17, JG left South Africa to pursue the American Dream.
JG started as an installation assistant and worked his way up through understanding the homeowner as a territory manager and topped out at $4 million in sales.
Outside of work, JG spends time with his family and coaches rugby for high school and collegiate teams.
JG talks about the dollars and cents of managing inventory tightly. Unfortunately in the HVAC industry there’s a lot of side hustling using parts off the truck.
Inventory management also offloads a lot of part list management from an office manager to using software and sending orders directly to supply houses.
